Press start. It counts down to zero and rings an alarm — nothing to download, nothing to sign up for.
About this 7-minute timer
A one-click 7-minute countdown, most often used for the 7-minute workout, boiled eggs with a fudgy yolk, or a short focused tidy. It runs in your browser and rings when it reaches zero.
Seven minutes: the famous workout
Seven minutes is the length of the well-known '7-Minute Workout', published in 2013 in the ACSM's Health & Fitness Journal: 12 bodyweight exercises for 30 seconds each with about 10 seconds between. It's also the typical cook time for a firmer, fudgy-yolk boiled egg.

- Seven minutes in boiling water gives a fudgy yolk; go to 9-10 for fully hard-boiled.
- If seven minutes is easy, the authors suggested repeating the circuit two or three times.
